The “24-HR Brow Setter Clear Brow Gel” has a faint smell that is not overpowering.
Application:
Use the wand and brush to draw the shape of the eyebrows. After achieving the desired look, leave the product to dry and set on the eyebrows for a few seconds.
Effect:
When we tested the “24-HR Brow Setter Clear Brow Gel” by Benefit Cosmetics we found the brush easy to use. And the gel glided easily on the eyebrows and brushed them effectively. After application, the “24-HR Brow Setter Clear Brow Gel” made the eyebrows look fuller. In fact, the clear brow gel defined the eyebrows perfectly. They held their shape perfectly all day long and did not clump-up. The “24-HR Brow Setter Clear Brow Gel” did not irritate the skin neither under nor around the eyebrows. Additionally, it did not lead to undesired eyebrow hair growth. After a few applications, it became very easy for us to sculpt our eyebrows with the clear setting gel, even without a mirror. This is due to the unique brush-wand that is built-in. However, when we tried to use it with either powder or pencil eyebrow tints, the gel absorbed the tint which ended up smudging around the eyebrows. So, we would recommend using this product on its own only.
Price:
The “24-HR Brow Setter Clear Brow Gel” by Benefit Cosmetics retails at an average price of $24/7mL which is pricier than other products in a similar range like Anastasia Beverly Hills’ “Clear Brow Gel” which retails for $22/8.5mL and MAC Cosmetics’ “Brow Set” which sells at $19/8mL. It remains however, less expensive than other products in a different range like Chanel Makeup’s “Le Gel Sourcils” which sells at $32/6.2mL.

This product is ESSENTIAL. I can’t start my day without applying this on my eyebrows. I have been using this product for almost 2 years on daily basis. It fixes the eyebrows for a long time, and gives them a better shape. I Surely recommend.

Great packaging (Benefit,,, Duh!) and so easy to apply,
the wand really separates the brow hairs for a natural texture and gives a nice Put-together and organized look.

The gel like texture of this product is very helpful and lets your brows stay in place for at least 12 hours. So recommended to use after the powder products!
