Does a better job at removing makeup than micellar water especially speaking of waterproof makeup (eye makeup) melts it right away reminds of the avon milk makeup remover but this one is much cheaper

Excellent cleansing milk..I never used anything before on my skin but I decided to give this product a try since my mom is a big fan of Loreal and I never regretted it..I use the face wash gel from Loreal first then I apply the milk and my skin feels smoother and brighter..I absolutlely love how my skin looks after using these 2 products
