It is effective in removing both regular and waterproof makeup because of its bi-phase properties.

It contains oil to fastly remove waterproof makeup (the blue part) i like it it is nice

Very gentle on the eyes cleans the makeup well even the waterproof without irritation leaves the skin soft and moisturized
Does leave some oily residue so need to remove this before applying makeup
Soak a cotton pad and place over eye for 1O seconds and then wipe
The price is gd and size of bottle is great
