Packaging:
The Irisome Nectar Thermique by Kérastase comes in a pearly white squeeze tube with a shiny orange screw on cap. The bottle stands up-side down, with the cap being on the bottom to facilitate pouring. On the bottle, you will find the name of the product, the Kérastase branding, as well as all the necessary information, including application tips.
This bottle is quite simple, not very large, so you can easily pack it for a getaway.
Hair Type:
This Nectar Thermique is suitable for normal to dry hair.
Application:
The brand recommends to apply a chestnut sized amount on washed and towel-dried hair. Massage the product onto lengths and ends and leave-in- DO NOT RINSE! Proceed to blow-dry and style your hair.
Smell:
The Nectar Thermique smells like a bouquet of fresh flowers!
Texture:
The texture is quite creamy.

As we all know, extreme heat is really bad for the hair, its kills its structural integrity. And since all women everywhere will not give up going to the salon or self-styling with blow dryers and hair straighteners/curlers, hair product brands have released several heat protection solutions. To help us prepare hair for heat styling, Kérastase released the Nutritive Nectar Thermique, which is a leave-in heat protection treatment that works to shield and smooth your hair. Its purpose is to leave a veil of protection on your hair, prepping it for blow-drying and heat styling.
We noticed that it helps smoothen the look of rough, dull hair, and as a result, hair is left shiny and strong. It also allows hair to be easier to manage and blow-dry. It actually reduces the breakage caused by heat!
Overall, we found that the Kérastase Irisome Nectar Thermique has a definite nourishing and polishing effect on the hair fibre. It protects the hair from heat and makes for a faster blow-dry. Hair is left deeply nourished and shiny.
Price:
The Kérastase Irisome Nectar Thermique is sold for 35$ for a 150ml quantity. This product is pricier then L’Oréal Professional’s “Lipidium Absolut Repair Crème De Brushing” which sells at $22.5/125mL, and is also designed to prevent heat damage.

This is actually good, i cannot for the LIFE of me have a nice silky blow dry/ flat ironing without this. Why? Cz i have blonde hair. It helps so much and actually smells really nice.
Only disappointment is.. i wish it hydrated or difused frizz or made it feel softer like a leave in kind of product without applying heat (leaving ur hair to dry naturally) .. but it doesn’t.
If your interested in the way it works, its kind of wierd, but cool, after applying it on your hair, (whether wet or dry) and flat iron your hair (when its dry ofcourse), the first application will make your hair turn into a stick, don’t be scared thats the product protecting your hair, brush it in and it’ll turn to softness again.
Results:
Without this product, no matter how many times i flat ironned my hair, i’d get a bad blow dry kind of look.
With this product, from first go of the iron, hair is straight, silky straight the way my natural colored hair would react. ( now its blonde.. thats y this product is a need)
Oh plus, it smells nice.

After using the Nutritive Irisome Nectar Theramique, I found it much needed. It gives my hair, suffering from little dryness, an optimal shine and protects it from the sun and heat-styling tools. It fits also with the curly hair and gives it a nice look. I highly recommend it!

After 1 week of using this product, i was able to perceive a significant improvement. I noticed that my hair was more energized, healthier and vital. Also the heat did not damage it while styling as it used to do before. This hair product is scented and it smells so good and most importantly, its effect is quickly observed.

As someone who has very unmanageable hair, I blow dry it at least 3 times a week just to make sure not to frighten my coworkers in the morning… But, with having my hair look neat comes a lot of damage due to exposing it to heat this often. When I started using the Nectar Thermique leave-in I was a bit sceptical as I had already tried similar products before which seemed useless. This product not only impressed me from the very first use but also made my hair much shinier and softer on the long term. I highly recommend it because we all know that giving away blow dryers and flat irons is a big NO NO, so no need to do so when there’s a product protecting your hair from their damage.

My hair is little bit dry, and I always suffered from the heat effect on it. That’s why the nectar thermique by Kerastase was the right solution, it completely protected my hair and made it easy to style. It’s also well packaged and with a fresh scent, so totally recommended!

I recommend this product to those willing to keep their hair straight. When I used it, my wavy hair dropped down instead of holding their shape. So I think it is suitable for those having this purpose.

Even though I have oily hair I tried to use this product since Ounusa had sent it to me with the oily hair shampoo. AFTER I had tried it I found that they are the best combination for oily hair. The shampoo left my hair roots dry as I want and the cream helped me to brush my hair easly and it smells perfect and it is long lasting. Also I realized a bright finish on my hair.
