Types:
This product also exists in a tinted version called “UV Protect Skin Defense Daily Care – Anti-Dullness BB Cream.” The texture of the tinted cream is different from the non-tinted version. In fact, it is thicker which is why the tinted version may end-up leaving a film on the face. If you’re using the tinted version, we recommend blending it thoroughly onto the skin and then fixing it with a powder. Especially around the T-Zone to prevent greasiness.

We tested the “UV Protect” on sensitive skin.
Application:
Apply the product in the morning, after regular skin care routine and before applying make-up.
Effect:
The “UV Protect” feels really nice on the skin as it is very light in texture, so it is applied very easily and does not leave a thick layer of product on the face. We also noticed that the “UV Protect” by Vichy does not make the face feel greasy or sticky when applied and is absorbed almost instantly by the skin.
As soon as the product dried, the skin felt very hydrated and fresh. The product also helped the skin balance out, especially around the T-zone where regular creams usually feel greasier around that area, the Vichy “UV Protect” did not feel oily. The only noticeable downside of the product was the strong smell of the cream which was very overpowering and lingered for hours after application.
This product has a triple acting effect thus basically doing the work of three different products.
- It is an effective moisturizer. So it is suitable to protect and hydrate the skin in urban settings.
- It is an anti-pollution daily cream which means that it helps fight the corrosive effect of pollution.
- It has SPF 50 thus it can be used as a high-protection sunscreen.
Pricing:
The “UV Protect” by Vichy retails at $30.42/40 mL. Similar products such as Shiseido’s “Urban Environment UV Protection Cream SPF 40” sells at $34/50 mL, and the “UV PLUS Anti-Pollution Sunscreen Multi-Protection Broad Spectrum SPF 50” by Clarins retails at $43/50.3 mL.

I have been using this product for 3 months now. I wanted to wait and evaluate the full effect of this sunscreen moisturizer.
And I can simply say that it’s amazing!!
It has a very light texture so it spreads and gets absorbed by the skin easily not leaving any trace of greasiness at the same time moisturizing the dry areas (I have combination skin) so it balances out and works well on all areas of my face.
It smells nice however you do notice the cream smell, but it’s not annoying, I found it to be pleasant.
Efficacy wise, as a sunscreen it’s really amazing. I get freckles and sun spots and work as a medical sales representative so most of my time is on the road in the sun and since I started using this sunscreen I didn’t get any additional freckles or sun damage spots. And it feels so light, Usually I find it hard to stay compliant with sunscreen because they’re either too greasy (cream formulas) either too dry (fluide formulas) however this one is the perfect balance as it gets absorbed, feels light and doesn’t dry out the skin.
And I don’t understand the mechanism of anti pollution but at the end of the day you do feel that your skin did not catch much dust and residues, so I guess it does work on the anti-pollution scale.
Definitely would buy again once mine runs out.

I really loved it. First it has an amazing scent. It didnt greese my face at all. It gave a my face a natural glow and kept my face protected all day without any greesiness. Another thing is that it didnt clog my pores at all. Highlyy recommend

I got it at first as a sample then I fel in love with it where do I start fist of all its high protection and adding I can get around my eyes and it’s not irritating the smell is to die for and the texture is amazing where it’s hidrating as well after applying it to ur skin it seams to have this natural glow I totally love it and for sure I would buy it again and again

انا جربتو و صراحة عجبني بس بيعمل شي ابيض عالوجه هيدي بس مشكلتو كمان ما بيمنع الوج من التزييت و بطول لينشف بصير يدبق بس لما ينشف ما بصير يدبق بس كتييييير بيحمي الوج انا دايما بالشوب بكون وجي احمر و معبق بس لما صرت استعملو صار رايق و ما في احمرار رائع

Am using this from summer 2018 and I can’t live without it It’s smell is good and don’t bother u And also I tested it on oil testeing papers and it doesn’t have any oil in it It’s also a moisturizer And it’s antioxidant effect help in reducing wrinkles and delay it’s appearance Highly recommended

I wasn’t specifically crazy about this but i would definitely keep using it! it’s that effortless sunscreen that doesn’t affect your skin or makeup in any negative way. Has a nice scent to it and gets absorbed easily.

“I usually hate sunscreen although I know how important it is to apply it daily, but this sunscreen changed my mind. Im glad that ounousa box gave us new opportunities to test some amazing products! This cream is to protect the skin from uv spf 50 veryyy light on the skinn!!! It does not make ur face greasy or oily plus its a good moisturizer so i put this on my face before i apply makeup it makes my skin very smooth and ready for MAKEUP !!! I have combination skin and i found it very good for me
