The eye cream comes in a light blue “icy” 15ml tube format. The tip is round tilted and gives out the perfect amount of product upon squeezing it and comes inverted in an ice cube to reflect the icy feel and benefits of it.
The product has a very cool and fresh smell which is not overpowering.
The cream is think and silky and spreads in a smooth way on the skin.
To use the product, we applied the cream from the inside to the outside of the eye by squeezing some dots and tapping them into our skin with our fingers.
This treatment benefits from an unprecedented pharmaceutical structure called Ice Pillow, mainly composed of an aqueous gel phase and designed to be activated by cold and massage. It allows the prolonged and progressive diffusion of the cold and the reference assets and a gentle massage of this delicate zone.
The cream is a mix of anti-aging active ingredients that are essential to reverse the signs of time and ageing: hyaluronic acid to fill wrinkles, dextran sulphate to reduce puffiness, vitamin B3 to reduce dark circles and optical bloomers that capture light and mask both dark circles and wrinkles around the eyes.
As a result, and after 2 weeks of use, the area around the eyes looked less tired: dark circles faded, pockets beneath the eyes reduced significantly, wrinkles and fine lines faded as well giving the entire face a more radiant and healthy-looking feel.
Galenic Cryo Booster retails at a price of 67$/15ml which is similar to other products such as Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Eye (62$/15ml) but much more expensive than products like Olay Regenerist Eye Lifting Serum (30$/15ml) or L’Oreal Revitalift Volume Filler Eye Treatment (7$/15ml).
