The “Verbena Body Lotion” by L’Occitane en Provence comes in a sleek and unique transparent bottle with a silver flip-open dispenser cap. The bottle is made of plastic, and it has a leaf design on it. The container looks white because of the color of the body lotion itself. There is a green paper label on the bottle that has a minimalist white leaf design on it. The brand and product information are printed on the label.
Texture:
This lotion is milky and lightweight. Its consistency is not too thick, and it’s not very runny either.
Smell:
This product smells like the verbena flowering plant.
Skin Type:
The “Verbena Body Lotion” is designed for all skin types.
Application:
Apply a few dollops of the body lotion onto the areas of the skin desired and massage until the product is absorbed by the skin.
Effect:
We tested the “Verbena Body Lotion” by L’Occitane every day for two weeks. We noticed immediately how refreshing the milky lotion felt on the skin. The skin absorbed the lotion fairly quickly and gave it a boost of hydration. The “Verbena Body Lotion” did not leave any residue and did not make the skin feel greasy or sticky. Instead, it moisturized the skin deeply and made it smell flowery. After several applications, the “Verbena Body Lotion” made the skin softer and firmer. In terms skin sensitivities, we did not experience any redness or breakouts after using this product. In fact, the lotion was gentle on the skin and provided replenishing effects without irritation.
However, because the “Verbena Body Lotion” has a strong smell, it might not be suitable for people who are sensitive to fragrances. Especially because the scent of the product lingers on the skin after application.
Price:
The “Verbena Body Lotion” comes in two sizes and prices: $9/68 mL and $29/248.4 mL which is comparable to other products in a similar range like Origin’s “A Perfect World: Highly Hydrating Body Lotion with White Tea” which sells at $33/200 mL. However, it remains cheaper than other products in a different range like Clarins’ “Moisture-Rich Body Lotion” which retails at $58/400 mL.

I love products with Verbena. Which is how i got this as a gift. The box is easy to open and the small amount quickly spreads on your body leaving a beautiful smell, that lasts a very long time. The skin quickly absorbs it and you feel both fresh and light as it is a very light textured body milk of sleek texture.
this is very helpful for summer afternoons where relaxation is in need!
