Huile Sirène oil mist by Kérastase is especially designed for hair that is excessively exposed to the sun, chlorine and sea salt.
Packaging:
Kérastase has adopted a simple design with streamlined lines for the packaging of this oil. You can see how elegant is it through its red and gold colors that distinguish it from any other oil of the same brand. You can see all the information about the product, written in off-white.
The brand designed the bottle in a way that facilitates its usage, since it is equipped with a spray that helps you apply the necessary amount only.
Texture:
This product is an oil-based mist.
Smell:
Just like all of The Solar Range products, this spray combines refreshing jasmine and the fragrance of tuberose, known for its magnificence and attractiveness. Since this product is a leave-in spray, You will enjoy that seductive smell for more than two days after the application!
Application:
You can apply this spray in two ways: Either on wet hair after washing it in case you want to arrange and soften your curly hair when you swim (whether in the sea or in a pool), Either on dry hair to give it a touch of shine and freshness.
You should shake it well before you apply it because it contains two layers of ingredients (Biphase) that must be mixed together to get the desired result.
Effect:
After a long day at the beach and prolonged pools time, there is no doubt that you suffer from dry and brittle tired hair just like us. Sunrays, like chlorine and salts, strips the hair of its vitality, so it becomes dull and coarse.
For this reason, Kérastase created The Solar Range, one of the most prominent products of which is Huile Sirène oil mist. We’ve tried this oil along with Bain Après Soleil Shampoo and Masque Après Soleil mask, and tested it on wet and dry hair.
From our side, its effect amazed us! When we tested it on wet hair, it really helped to moisturize it through the extract of babassu oil.
It also effectively smoothed the hair and made it easier to comb and style it. At the same time, it helped a lot in arranging the hair, reducing frizz and the very common dander after a long day at the beach.
On the other hand, if your hair wasn’t wet, we advise you to apply it only if your hair is normal to dry in order to enhance the beauty and luster of the strands. But if your hair is greasy, we noticed that it can give an undesirable effect as the hair looks unwashed or clean.
So only use it if you notice that your hair is really drying out due to the effects of the sun, chlorine and salt.
Finally, we advise you not to use it alone, as it is part of the integrated routine of The Solar Range, and therefore you will get good results if you apply it before the shampoo and mask from the same group, which are designed to moisturize and soften the hair as well.

My hair is super thin and soft and I don’t have kinda “messy hair days”, but when I started the sun range from Kerastase, I felt that all products are complementary and essential for the final shiny look. Spray it generously on your dry hair, it leaves an amazing shine and it’s very lightweight you can barely feel it on your hair, The smell is also Great gives you a refreshing feeling cool Coconut summer breeze, As for my hair it’s curly I felt that when I used this product my hair looked less frizzy, and the curls were still there. Again the whole range smells amazing (it smells like coconut but also jasmine at some point)
Anyway it leaves your hair silky, shiny, hydrated and smooth without looking oily.
If you’re looking for a serum more on the oily side I recommend getting the Elixir Ultime also from Kerastase but i really recommend this product too.

This oil is a great addition to the kerastase collection!! It smoothen ur hair right away ( u can easily apply it by spraying it on ur hair) , no oily look, a great smell and very very gentle looking hair. One of kerastase best products

What an oil! This product looks and smells amazing. After several tries, I’ve found that this oil is perfect for styling and taming loose split ends. Make sure to shake it before spraying and be careful not to spray it on the roots, in order to avoid an oily look and feel. Also just like the shampoo of the same soleil range, a little (2-3 sprays maaax) goes a looong way! Will definitely be restocking 😉

Love this hair serum its not sticky or oily yet it helps with the frizziness since i have frizzy hair, its so easy to use you just spray it on your wet hair and brush it to spread the product evenly. It gives extra hydration to the hair. Its a must in the summer!

This is perfect for the girls that have curly hair. They can just spray it on the hair after the shower and it will hold in their locks without adding any mousse. And it will leave the hair shiny. I have combi hair type and i didnt feel it left my hair oily or greasy.

This light oil is just perfect. A conditioning treatment that can be used year round not only during summer. It Added shine and conditioner after a day in the sun and the scent which is light will linger long after the sun has gone down. Am in love with this oil for many reasons
Applying it before going to the sea or pool protect my hair from expossing to lots of chlorine salt water and chlorine

At the end of every summer season, our hair would be very dry and dull, hence this oil based mist is a great pick for solving this problem as it really creates a shine for your hair making it look healthier, in addition to its lovelyy scent that stays on for a couple of days. Hair oil is usually risky especially if you have an oily hair scalp but Kerastase always fix this matter! The oil gives the hair a luminous healthy look without looking wet or dirty at all and it doesn’t cause early oiliness so ypu have to wash your hair frequently so you can feel comfortable about getting rid of this challenge. Definitely recommend. I was doing a favour to my hair while using it on the pool after I’m exposed to sun for long hours . It regained the life and hydration for my hair , and it decreases the hair frizz. Very easy to use , and U are just in need for 3_4 sprays .

I have always been a fan of Kerastase products. Whenever I use them, i feel like i’m doing my hair a favor. A couple of weeks ago, I saw a video showcasing the effect of the sun on the hair- and a girl saying Don’t Burn Your Hair. and I started thinking about this ever since. With this new product, I know my hair is getting the needed treatment after a day in the sun, exposed to sunlight, chlorine and sand. I know i’m supposed to use this after a shower, but I have been using it just as much as I use my facial sunscreen. it smells amazing!
