The mask comes in an opaque white container with orange touches and holds a capacity of 200ml.
The mask is designed for thick and dry hair.
Similarly, to other products in the same range, the mask has a very strong citrusy scent that can be a bit overpowering but less so than the shampoo.
It has a creamy and rich texture, with an intense ability to coat spread in a buttery way on the hair.
To apply, we poured a quarter size amount of the Masquintense Thick hair mask to wet hair throughout mid-lengths and ends and massaged it through. We left it on the hair for 5-10 minutes and rinsed thoroughly afterwards.
This mask acts as a deep therapy product which fuses onto the hair to fill it with nourishing facilities that provide intense nutrition to the hair fibers. Multiple ingredients work together to deeply nourish thick hair that is prone to dryness:
– Iris Rhizome Extract protects against oxidation
– Dosage Gluco-Active 3, Glucose, Protein and Lipid blend internally to replenish dry hair
– On-Surface Technology envelops the hair fiber from root to tip, without unwanted weight
– Natural Lipid Conditioning Agent + Emollients deliver maximum nutritive performance with Irisome Complexe
The mask was used twice a week for a period of 3 weeks and the results were great. The creamy and rich texture coats the hair fully and nourishes it from root to tip. Much like a hydrating face mask, the texture makes an incredible moisturizing hair mask for dry and sensitized strands: not only does it detangle the frizz and curls, but it also makes the hair so much softer afterwards with a boost of volume and shine.
