Packaging:
The “Discipline Bain Fluidéaliste” by Kérastase comes in a bulky container of 250 mL. The product design is a light rose gold color and the brand and product details are inscribed in black on the container. The lid is screw-on which can be an issue when applying shampoo as it is difficult to close during a shower.
Hair Type:
This shampoo is used for unmanageable, undisciplined hair that is difficult to style. It is also suitable for very sensitized or chemically treated hair.
Texture:
The “Discipline Bain Fluidéaliste” shampoo by Kérastase has a very creamy texture and consistency.
Scent:
The shampoo has a fruity and flowery smell that lingers on the hair.
Effect:
The “Discipline Bain Fluidéaliste” tamed the hair after only a few uses. We found the hair more relaxed and smoother to the touch. The shampoo infiltrated to roots of the hair and made it less frizzy.
The product allowed the hair to keep its bounciness and volume without being hard to style. The hair maintained its healthy look and was shinier after using the “Discipline Bain Fluidéaliste”. The shampoo was gentle on the hair and did not make it greasy. Although we were able to observe results by using only the shampoo, we recommend pairing the “Discipline Bain Fluidéaliste” with a mask or a conditioner from the same line. In fact, the creaminess of the shampoo allowed the hair to soften which made it easy to style. However, with paired with a mask or conditioner, the hair is tamed for more days at a time.
Like most Kérastase shampoos, this product is very creamy and needs to be washed out of the hair and the scalp very thoroughly to ensure that there is no buildup which can cause itchiness and greasy-looking hair.
An important point to add: In addition to all its features, this shampoo is sulfate-free.
This means it won’t strip away the essential oils from the hair and will prevent dryness.
Price:
The “Discipline Bain Fluidéaliste” shampoo by Kérastase retails at $26.9/250mL which is comparable to other products in a similar range like René Furtherer’s “Sublime Curl Shampoo” which sells at $25.5/200mL. It is, however, pricier than other products in a different range like Klorane’s “Shampoo with Papyrus Milk” which retails at $13/200mL.

First, the packaging is super cute, I got the travel size last month from ounousa reviews, the smell is very lovelyyy and lasts long on my hair.
When I first applied it to the scalp of my hair, it foams a lot so I got a little scared (worried about SLS which can damage the hair) but then it feels very gentle and soft when I rubbed it smoothly into my hair.
It left my hair weightless, smooth in motion and more shine as it was written on the product, and the conditioner “discipline keratine thermique” really nourishes my hair, it felt more healthy and shine from the first use.
My first impression for this product is “YEYYY😍” but I think that I should wait 1 month or 2 to know the real long term result before recommending it to a friend.

First thing I can say is that the packaging of the shampoo is really nice and the smell is also good. It was really helpful to my hair since I wanted a product to actually tame it and make it smoother. It instantly gave me a smooth and frizz free hair.
I would definitely be recommending it to a friend and buying a full size.

Good product, a small amount of shampoo is enough to lather and make the hair clean.
The smell of the shampoo is fresh and light.
After washing, the hair remains soft and shiny, from the first use, while keeping volume.
The shampoo gives a blow-dry effect to the hair.
The other good points to note are the components of the product, it contains no sulfate or paraben,
I recommend the combo between the shampoo and “keratin discipline Thermal” for a better result.

I have a very frizzy hair especially in this heat. The shampoo really helped tame the frizz after only a few uses. It gives the hair a silky and soft touch in the shower and its flowery smell is so good.

It smells amazing, to start with. Your hair will stay smelling so good post-shower. Ive always hated to wear my hair down because of how fizzy my hair is. It never cooperates with me, so frizzy and messy all the damn time! But, this shampoo definitely tamed it down. Im wearing my hair down now, woohoo. It’s a bit pricey for a shampoo product, tho. But, it’s really good. Worth the money.
