It is very creamy yet when it sets it becomes very long lasting, it does npt smear or become cakey.

you cannot convince me that this isnt the best lipliner in the drugstore , its the most longlasting lipstick i have ever tried , its waterproof and lasts even if you eat , amazinggg!!!
