Application:
Using the pipette, dispense the serum from the bottle and apply it on a cleansed face and neck. Avoid the eye-area. Gently massage the product onto your skin. The “Hyalu B5” by La Roche Posay can be used day or night.
Effect:
We tested this product in the day and at night as part of our skincare regimen. When we applied the serum on the face we felt a cooling sensation. We noticed that the product penetrates the skin almost instantly.
After application, there was a burst of hydration felt on the face. The appearance of the face was radiant, and the skin felt supple and soft. When used consistently, the serum smoothed the skin of the face, and made it look fresh and less tired.
However, if more than the needed dose is applied, the serum ends up having a sticky finish. Therefore, we recommend applying only one or two drops for the face. While the product is marketed as an anti-aging serum, we found that only some fine lines started to subside after consistent use. So, we recommend using this product as an age-defense product rather than an anti-aging one. If you have sensitive skin, we recommend you consult your dermatologist before using this serum.
Price:
The “Hyalu B5 ” by La Roche-Posay retails at an average price of $74/30 mL which is pricier than other products with similar effects like Ducray’s “Keracnyl Serum” which sells at $40/30 mL. However, it remains less expensive compared to products in another range like Filagora’s “Hydra-Hyal Serum” which retails at around $91/30 mL.

Don’t shy away from this being an “anti-aging” line, everyone can use it.
I love it! You must use it with a water-based moisturizer and you’ll see great results.
It has strong perfume, like ALL LRP products (for some reason), but it doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin. You will notice a glow the next day!

I bouy a 30ml bottle and it lasts for 3 months few drops enough for the whole face and neck it gives instant hydration for the skin
The texture is watery but fast absorbed to skin
Gives glow and the face look tired less I recommend it for ages between 20s to 30s to prevent aging signs

“I finished the first sample of this product in 3 weeks using it every night before bed and I absolutely loved it!! I have combination acne prone skin that seemed dull and lost some elasticity. “I used this product for 2 weeks, twice a day (morning and evening) My experience BEFORE using this product: I have combination skin that looks tired, dull and unbalanced. I have some breakouts and the oily areas are very annoying. The dry parts can get very dry and flaky too. I’ve been looking for a product that can fix all these issues while making my face look brighter and healthier. My experience AFTER using this product: The texture is nice and the product is easy to distribute on your face- You only need a small amount to cover your whole face- It didn’t irritate my skin and it didn’t burn, though it felt fresh/refreshing- The smell is good, it’s not strong. I noticed my skin improved, it was definitely more balanced, I have combination skin and the dry parts were hydrated while the oil was kept under control for hours. – I definitively got plumper, brighter and clearer skin! In conclusion, this product works and it does exactly what it claims to do, though you might need to use it for 2 weeks at least to start seeing results. I would totally recommend it.”
