Effect:

We tested the “Gentle Toning Lotion with Rose Petals” for a period of two weeks, as recommended by Nuxe. After consistent use, we noticed that the product helps remove the grime from the face effectively. The toning lotion also helped even out the skin tone and made it feel softer. Upon application, we noticed that the “Gentle Toning Lotion with Rose Petals” makes the skin feel refreshed instantly. It also helps in removing make-up residue from the face and allows it to remain cleaned.

The product is not drying, and it did not have a tightening effect on the skin. On the contrary, it hydrated the skin deeply. Additionally, the “Gentle Toning Lotion with Rose Petals” does not leave a sticky feeling on the skin. Nuxe advertises that the product is friendly on the eyes and can be applied on the eyelids for a full face-toning effect. However, the product irritated and burned the eyes when it came in close contact with the eyelids. Additionally, after two hours of application, the skin did feel a bit greasy. Therefore, we would recommend applying a small quantity of toning lotion on the face so that it does not grease the skin up.
