Ok this is not easy for makeup beginners but can be used to it its not so hard
Its long lasting blends well doesn’t smudge
And ill give a very important tip if u have an eyeliner like this and u feel like it dried out add few drops of any eye drop u have (atra lal 3yon) and it will be as new
