Application:
It is recommended to use this mask after having washed and towel-dried the hair. Apply a penny-size amount of the product on the lengths and ends of the hair. Leave-in for 5 minutes and then rinse with cool to cold water ensuring that no product is left in the hair.
Effect:
The “Masque Elixir Ultime” by Kérastase revived and restored the hair after the first application. We found that the product nourished the hair fibers deeply without weighing the hair down. The mask also added an extra layer of shine to the hair.
After several uses, we found that the “Masque Elixir Ultime” revived and renewed the natural strength of the hair. The product deeply nourished the hair and restored its healthy look and fixed split ends. The mask also reduced hair breakage because of the oils that permeate the fiber of the hair. We also felt that the hair looked bouncier and had a nice natural silky feel.
For optimal results, we would recommend using this product as a hair treatment over a period of time.
Price:
The “Masque Elixir Ultime” by Kérastase retails at $47.3/200mL which is comparable to other products in the same range like René Furterer’s “Tonucia Toning and Densifying Mask” which sells at $44/200mL and Phyto’s “Phytokératine Extreme Mask” which sells at $51/200mL. It is, however, pricier than products in a different range like Klorane’s “Repair Mask with Mango Butter” which retails at $22/150mL.

While the application is a bit annoying, having to dry out your hair with a towel, apply, then rinse again, nevertheless this mask is incredible.
You only need a tiny bit of it so it lasts a long time.
It has a great vanilla smell which u instantly smell and lasts for quite some time.
It also softens the hair and gives it that healthy glowing look and touch.

Natural oils are what make this mask a gem in my hair care routine. It gave my hair a shine that I always wanted, and also helped in revitalizing the damaged ends due to excessive use of hair dryer. I recommend to use it twice per week.

Luxury hair care is what defines this mask, I was very impressed with the results. After using it for 2 weeks, my hair is much more soft and hydrated, also shiny. Better to use with the shampoo from the same range.
