Vice Liquid Lipstick comes in a clear tube which allows you to see the shade inside with a metallized gunmetal cap and gold accents. The extra long, flocked paddle applicator provides a nice, even laydown of color while the flat edge gives you complete coverage in one coat and the tip allows for precision lining – perfect for areas like the corners of the lips and the Cupid’s bow.

Range:

The lipstick is armed with 30 shades and 2 finishes – matte and metallized – ranging from muted nudes to bright reds and vampy berry tones so finding a shade for any occasion is a piece of cake.

Texture:

The lipstick has a velvety texture which is great for application and effect.

Application:

Application was a breeze with the paddle applicator: for a naturally full look, we began by defining the outline of our lip with a lip liner and then applied Vice Liquid from the cupid’s bow to the corners of your lips and spread onto the entire lips.

Effect:

The lipstick application was so smooth especially on the corners of the lips and the cupid’s bow: one coat was more than enough to provide maximum opacity and color intensity so little really does go a long way.
The formula holds heavy loads of pearls and glitter and allows the pearl to float on top of the lips which maximizes the shimmer and glitter of the metallic shades.
The lipstick was worn for almost 12hours and did not budge: it is truly a long-lasting wear and the best benefit: 0 transfer. Whether it was eating or even drinking, the lipstick stayed put for a comfortable non-drying wear with no risk of lips chapping or dry patches.

The lipstick retails for 30.5$ which is close to other similar products such as Yves Saint Laurent Beauty’s “Tatouage Couture Liquid Matte Lip Stain” that costs $37 but more expensive than products like L’Oréal Paris x Isabel Marant Matte Lipstick at 19$ or Anastasia Beverly Hills “Liquid Lipstick” at 20$.
