Application:
Apply the “Aquabella Micro-Exfoliating Purifying Gel Daily Use” on a damp face either in the morning or at night. Massage the product in circular motion around the face and avoid the contour of the eye. Rinse the product off thoroughly.
Effect:
We tested the “Aquabella Micro-Exfoliating Purifying Gel Daily Use” twice a day for a week. We used it in the morning before applying sunscreen and make-up and at night after make-up removal and before our skin care routine.
The effect of the product was immediate: after the first use, the skin was more radiant. After continued daily application, we noticed that the complexion of the skin evened out. In fact, the face was less patchy and the texture of the skin improved. Also, the excess sebum on the T-zone was controlled and the shininess subsided. After using this product, we did not experience any irritation or redness on the skin. In fact, the “Aquabella Micro-Exfoliating Purifying Gel Daily Use” is not abrasive: the formula is lightweight which allows for a deep cleaning without the harshness of a coarse scrub.
This product is targeted toward combination skin; however, it was also effective on normal but sensitive skin. However, we would not recommend this product for oily skin, because the gentle formula does not provide the desired level of sebum control for that type of skin.

The “Aquabella Micro-Exfoliating Purfying Gel Daily Use” by Nuxe retails at an average price of $14.2/150 mL. Other products on the market that deliver similar effects sell at a higher price range. For example, Caudalie’s “Deep Cleansing Exfoliator” retails at $35/75 mL and L’Occitane en Provence’s “Reine Blanche Illuminating Scrub” sells at $34/74 mL.
