Packaging:
The “Even Better Makeup Foundation with SPF 15” by Clinique is housed in a lightweight plastic squeeze bottle that travels well. The nozzle dispenses the right amount of foundation mess-free and is protected by a silver screw-on cap. The color of the package reflects the color of the foundation chosen and the brand and product information are written in black on the bottle.
Texture:
This foundation has a liquid but creamy consistency.
Smell:
The “Even Better Makeup Foundation with SPF 15” doesn’t have any smell.
Colors Available and Color Tested:
This foundation is available in 38 colors that range from fair, to medium, deep, and dark. We tested the foundation in “24- Linen” which is a fair color with neutral undertones.
Application:
For optimal results, we recommend applying the foundation after your regular skincare routine. Using a foundation brush, blend in the product starting at the center of your face working outward. Leave in for a minute to ensure that its dry.
Effect:
We tested the “Even Better Makeup Foundation with SPF 15” every day for a week on sensitive skin. Upon application, we noticed that the foundation feels very lightweight: the product looks soft on the face and adds a bit of a glow to tired looking skin.
The foundation offers light to medium coverage, so it is ideal for a natural look. In fact, we found that the product offers just enough coverage to even out the skin tone and correct any discoloration.
The “Even Better Makeup Foundation with SPF 15” has a good staying power and is smudge-proof. Additionally, the foundation did not become cakey or flaky at the end of the day. The formula is also oil-free so it is suitable for all skin types and does not clog the skin pores. We would not recommend this product for heavy makeup as it does not provide full coverage.
Price:
The “Even Better Makeup Foundation with SPF 15” sells at $29/30mL which is comparable to other products in the same range like MAC Cosmetic’s “Studio Fix Fluid SPF 15” which retails at $30/30mL. It remains cheaper, however, than other products in a different range like Giorgio Armani’s “Luminous Skin Foundation” which sells at $64/30mL.

This is one of my all time favorites, especially for when I know that I’m going to be wearing my makeup all day long. It works perfectly with my dry skin, gives a satin like finish, minimizes blemishes in the long term, and it is heat and transfer resistant. Your skin will thank you for it. Don’t second guess yourself if you want to buy it!

love love love it !!very natural and light and does not dry out and get cakey !! it doesn’t have very high coverage but it’s buildable!! it has a very dewey and fresh finish !! it’s perfect for everyday use and for the no makeup – makeup look !! i have very oily skin and it does not makeup my skin breakout !!

It goes on easily, and has a very buildable coverage. A little bit goes a long way as well, so the bottle lasts a long time. Even Better is perfect for someone who has acne/scarring. Because it is oil free, it feels lightweight and does not clog up pores, making it sit flawlessly on the skin and cover any spots that you may have.

I used to apply loreal infallable foundation on my face but is was a litle bit inconveniet for my face because my face is so sensitive and i had underskin acne.My dermatologist adviced me to use foundation by clinique which contains spf and vitamins. Now i do not have acne but actually it does cover them.It gives a natural glowy appearance.It lasts and its price is affordable regarding its effect.I recommend it alot.
