The “BROWVO! Conditioning Eyebrow Primer” by Benefit Cosmetics comes in a twist-up pen with rubber bristles on the applicator tip. The applicator is well designed as it helps comb the brows while at the same time spreading the gel to prime and set the eyebrows.
The bumpy and rubbery tip also allows the stimulation of the eyebrows which helps in densifying eyebrow hair. The packaging is silver with a pink and black design on it.
Texture:
The product has a gel texture that is clear and spreads easily.
Scent:
The gel in the product is unscented.
Effect:
The “BROWVO! Conditioning Eyebrow Primer” by Benefit Cosmetics contains keratine and soja proteins which ensure good hair health and nourish brows. One twist of the product is enough to comb and nourish both brows. The formula does not dry very quickly, but once it sets, it leaves no oily residue.
We found that it is best to wait for the gel to dry out completely before applying brow makeup. Otherwise the brow makeup will not set, and the application will be uneven and messy. We found the “BROWVO! Conditioning Eyebrow Primer” works best as a primer and not a densifying product. As a primer, the gel help set the brows for hours at a time and ensured long-lasting brow makeup. However, we did not see significant results when using it to densify the brows.
For optimal results we recommend cleaning the applicator tip with wipes after every use to avoid product build-up.

The “BROWVO! Conditioning Eyebrow Primer” by Benefit Cosmetics comes in two sizes and prices: $24.70/3mL and $22/1.3mL which is a comparable to other products in the same range such as Urban Decay’s “Brow Endowed Brow Primer + Color” which retails at $33/4.25mL.

Although it contains a small amount of product but i love to put it on my eyebrow before i use precisely my brow pencil because it’s contains soya proteins and keratin that nourich my eyebrow hair and become thicker and fuller when apply the pencil ❤️❤️❤️

It smells really bad but it works perfectly with small amounts ! the quantity is not fair with the price but according to my experience with benefit : benefit is always expensive
